The SDL 1.2 patches have not been applied to Piplay.... that's the reason of the black screen. There is a post about that here.

Joystick and buttons problem
@fattyphunt : with raspicade and xin-mo I use a combo to exit emulators. I modified sources of some emulators to do that, and configure a combo in retroarch. That works well.

That's strange... because I don't have this problem with this kernel? The joystick is very reactive, no delay.

that's easy. you need to uncompress the archive : tar xzf custom_kernel.tar.gz cd custom_kernel sudo ./install.sh and that's all. a reboot and everything should be fine

Xin-Mo Compatible Emulators (PiSNES/MAME4ALL/PiFBA)
Hi yves1984, if you have a xinmo, try raspicade, it is ready for xin-mo with Pi2. You'll only need to use the ConfigToXinMo.sh script to configure all emulators for xin-mo.

[solved] "waiting for dbus address to appear" after dist-upgrade
@beta_tester thanks for the info. Perharps require: dbus is not enough in asplashscreen screen... so if we need to add udev, mountdevsubfs and so on... it's easier to delay the splashscreen by the name.
