Neither AdvMAME or MAME4ALL appears on the menu

    I've recently taken my RPi B+ card, inserted that into a RPi 2 and got it working with new updates etc.

    However, neither AdvMAME or MAME4ALL appears on the menu. If I press the "Install MAME" button sometime during the installation of MAME4ALL it says that a directory cannot be created, because it already exists (This might be the cause?)

    I am mostly interested in getting MAME4ALL working... I only have roms for that emulator :)

    If I

    cd ~/pimame/emulators/mame4all-pi/
    ./mame

    Then mame4all runs... so the problem seems to be the menu not showing the mame4all icon?
